Work you’ll do

Did you always want to work in a Fintech, using Agile’s best practices to develop future-forward thinking products? Now you can, by joining our Digital Foundry team that is leveraged globally by clients who are considered movers and shakers in financial services innovation.

You can play a role in this team that develops and maintains digital applications for a range of computing devices. The success of these applications are critical to our financial services clients as they undergo an unprecedented transformation to compete with start-ups.

You’ll be also exposed to innovations from our Fintech partners as well as to gnarly legacy tech, with a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products.

What role can you take part as?

What you’ll need to fit in the team?

Tertiary qualification in a relevant information-system, software or engineering discipline.
Successful track record working for a Digital Agency, Innovation Team or Startup.
Exposure in Fintech is a plus.
Strong communication skills with right balance of assertiveness and empathy.
Understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
Drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself.
A natural team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems and sharing knowledge.
Keen to push the technical limits and find the best solution for the business and our customers…
Willingness to travel for work and most of all...
Ability to be mindfully present and appreciate the humour of each moment.
